Lenny was on a cruise with his wife when we closed on the house we bought, and when the initial buyer's contract on our house fell apart. His office did a great job filling in for him. Lenny has grown up in the area and lives in Midlothian, the house we were selling ended up being one of his childhood friend's old home. He understands the area very well and has decades of experience. What really stood out to us was Lenny's knowledge about everything. He does some remodeling on the side himself so he knows what to look for on recent remodels especially and can provide ballpark estimates on the fly as to what certain repairs would cost on a house you are looking at. On one home in particular he immediately noticed a sloping wall in the kitchen. We made our way to the basement and he saw what was probably the culprit.
